Instructional Technology: working on my CMS project

I have found this fairly easy to use (Moodle). I am going through the list of requirements and am a little stumped on if I meeting everything.

Welcome

This is my first Blog Site. I am very excited to learn everything I can about use alternatives to classroom instruction. Working with adult learners lends itself to different challenges from the K-12 classroom envirionment. Most of the people I work with are very nervous to try something new or exploring on their own. I can see where some of the items I will be learning about might allow me to hold their hand while exploring without actually being in the same room.

I am going to do some resarch on alternative instructional activities and the adult learner.
